Vibacom, From inspiration to innovation (experiential conference through 12 techniques), Ljubljana, 12.6.2014

Vibacom, main sponsor of InCo movement, in cooperation with The Manager’s Association, The Slovenian Association of Facilitators and Center of architecture organized the experiential conference “From inspiration to innovation”. The aim of the conference was to develop non-technological innovation to meet the needs of conference activities; to enable people to undergo a unique systemic experience of (the whole) innovation process through 12 different techniques; to develop a commercial product for a new type of conferences / workshops on the principle of open innovation; and to introduce experts from the Slovenian area, who can be involved in the development of the innovation process.

There was a three-day intense residential training on the art of participatory leadership held, designed to learn simple yet powerful processes which ignite leadership from within, and enable participatory collaboration for innovative sustainable solutions. The training is based on global technology to mobilize various stakeholders to create the desired future: The Art of Hosting Conversations That Matter. Violeta Bulc attended the training too.
